We develop and distribute PeakMark, a professional PC hardware benchmarking and optimization tool. What we do NOT collect: Benchmark scores, test results, hardware performance data, file contents, or any other data generated by running tests. All test data stays on your machine.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription and for 2 years after termination for legal and billing purposes. Hardware fingerprints associated with deactivated seats are retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting legal@peakmarktools.com.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at legal@peakmarktools.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed hardware identifiers, and access-controlled databases. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Your continued use of the Software after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
